I've been on the Take Shape For Life program since Monday and have been weighing myself each morning before I shower. I am blown away at my numbers so far. It's Saturday so I haven't hit one full week yet, but I'm so excited that I had to tell someone and maybe could encourage someone to try the TSFL program. So here's my daily weight for first 6 days.
Week 1: June 13 - 20
Mon: 360.2
Tue: 356
Wed: 351.4
Thu: 349.6
Fri: 348.4
Sat: 346.8
Sun:

I've lost almost 15 lbs in one week and it feels unreal. I've got a long way to go and I know that my weight loss will slow down, but this psychological boost is amazing. I'll come back and update it for my Sunday weigh in.
