Atkins Lift Protein drink as replacement for Medifast meal
I just saw these Atkins Lift Protein drinks at Sam's and the numbers were amazing so I tried a case. It is pretty tasty, so I thought I'd pass the info along.
Many of the other high protein meal replacements out there say they are low carb because they load it with sugar alcohols and then subtract those out. But this didn't.
It tastes sort of like gatorade, but has 20g protein. Other numbers are 90 calories, 2g carbs (total), 40g salt.
Keeping the carbs really low seems to keep my appetite low.
