I stay at 1500 calories every single day for 3 months. I have one cheat day a week where I allow myself 1900 calories only for that day. I love calorie counting because it's easy to keep track of. I just wanted to share my succes. I went from 194 lbs to 188 and this is my before and after photo. Can you tell a difference in my face? The left photo was at 194 and the right photo was taken this last weekend at 188.
I can definitely tell a difference. Way to go! I am just starting and am going to try to keep it to 1400-1600. I have quite a bit more to lose but this motivates me!
