I was a member in the past. I started trying to lose weight at 110kg (242 pounds) as a 5'7" 49 year old woman. I am now 53, 67 kg (147 pounds) and a trail runner. I have maintained this weight for just over a year.
This should be it, success story, all done....but I am traveling to the UK in 11 weeks, and I would love to get down to 60kg before I leave. So 7 kg in 11 weeks, but I don't even know if it is possible. Some of that weight is saggy skin particularly around my waist, but also under arms, and I don't even know if it is a sensible thing to aim at. Would I just get sagger and baggier! At 53 I don't have the benefit of youthful skin!
