    I'm new too. Just trying to figure out how this website works. Nice job losing 10 pounds in a littler over a month! What are you doing to lose the weight? I'm trying to eat gluten free/low carb and started walk/running. I'm hoping to lose 60 pounds, but we'll see!

    Today is my first day on this site as well. I found it by accident but i guess it wasn't a accident.
    I am 61 210 pounds.
    I have been over weight most of my adult life but now its starting to effect my health.
    I have been trying to stay under my calories which is touch and go. I walk most days. I do have a sweet tooth and i know that isn't good.
    I have been looking for a online support group that welcomes venting lol or sharing but mostly supporting. I hope i have found one in this group.
