I really wanted to keep this idea going, even if last year's thread wasn't very hoppin', but hopefully some of you will join me! I don't know about y'all, but as much as I appreciate and am encouraged by short-term goals, it's the long term results that are so important to see.
So, what do you want to accomplish this year? Come back once a day, a week, a month, or even not until the end of the year and let us know how you progressed towards your goals. If it's already mid-year and you just saw this, no biggie! Just join from whenever it is you start. No rules, no forms, just whatever you want to track, however you want to track it.
I'll start! This is the year I turn 30!!!! I have a few goals, starting with finally hitting my initial goal weight of being a healthy BMI. I don't know what will happen from there, as my current weight and below is all new territory for me, but this year I'm just focusing on getting there and then I can evaluate on my final weight goal.
Measurements:
I don't have many goals here, other than tracking to see how much I lose. I would love to see my hips go below the 40s for the first time ever, though, and for my calves to go down to 15" or less as it's WAY easier to find tall foots in that circumference!
Clothing Sizes:
I'm currently in a solid size 12, large tops and bottoms (excluding a few brands!). I'd love to see single digit sizes for the first time ever, but I don't know if a size 8 is realistic based on my weight goal. We'll see!
Fitness:
I plan to run my first 10K race this year!

Measurements:
I just want everything smaller, don't really have a target number yet. What I dislike the most... arms and thighs.
Arm: 15''
Calf:17.8''
Thigh:29.8''
Belly Button: 45.9''
Waist: 39.8''
Hips: 50.4''
Bust: 44.2''
Clothing Size:
It has been a WHILE since I have been anything but 18-14s so I really have NO idea how many lbs a size or so... Right now I am wearing a snug 16s (probably cause I refuse to buy 18s =/ ). Anyway, I would like to make it to at least 12-10s ish or so...
Fitness:
I want to learn to love exercise... I want to be able to run more than 10 sec before feeling like I am dying. So let's say... I want to be able to run for 20-30 mins.

What a great way to keep on top of the 'resolution'. Thank you for starting this.
CW - 158
GW - 140 (later 130 I don't want it to see tooooo much of a goal as I will figure I'll never make it and lose all hope)
We don't have a car so we walk everywhere (which has been a good send) and we have a pool and a group that does exercises for an hour everyday.
I have shorts that I was able to wear the summer of 2014 but could do up summer of 2015. I can wear them now (I have lost 7 lbs since moving).
So far so good but I want to be healthier, go back to more of a veggie diet as I don't cook and my husband is not a veggie person so we don't have them daily (I was a vegetarian for 9 years and I miss it). So by Dec 2016 I want to be slimmer, better shape and have a healthier diet.
This year I would like to lose at least 5 lbs/mo. until I hit 145, then I will reassess. Either I will try to maintain for a while or I might try to lose more.
I joined 3FC in the last quarter of 2015, and that is when I began my weightloss journey. I was motivated in the beginning because I was going on vacation where I would have to get on an airplane. I was very worried about not fitting in the seats/seatbelts, so I decided I needed to do something. I started too late for that trip (and it was embarrassing not being able to get some of the seabelts to buckle), but I had lost weight. That was big for me, since I hadn't lost weight in years (at least not on purpose). My motivation has not been as great since my trip, but now that I know I can lose weight, I want to find the motivation to make 2016 an awesome, healthy year!
I have set a goal of 6 pounds a month for myself because that is what I averaged at the end of 2015. I know it will be difficult, but might as well try.
I don't have numbers for my measurement goals, but I would like to get out of pant sizes 20+, and for my arms to fit into sleeves comfortably.
Right now, my fitness goal is to go to the gym at least 3x a week. Once I get that going, I will reassess my fitness goal.
January 1st starting weight: 308 lbs
Good luck everyone! Lets make 2016 a year that we all reach our goals!!
If anyone every needs to talk/vent/whatever, please feel free to PM me!

I did not make my 5 lbs for Jan but at least I lost!
I technically lost 6 pounds this month, which was my goal, but since I gained before I lost it, I did not reach my goal weight for the month.
But, I am only 2.4 pounds away from that, so that means I have eight pounds to lose this month!
Happy February everyone!
Measurements: There has been some drops, I should have remeasured myself yesterday, but I didn't. I think I am going to start doing it every 2 weeks instead of every week. The lost inches are in comparison to Jan 25th.
Arm: -0.2''
Calf: -0.2''
Thigh: -0.5''
Belly Button: -0.9''
Waist: -0.5''
Hips: -0.9''
Bust: -1.5''
Clothing Size: My (probably stretched) jeans size 16 don't fit snugly anymore, they are not lose, but at least more comfortable.
Fitness: I haven't work much on this. I did jog/walk for 2 miles (jogging intervals, mostly walking) in 1 hour and 10 minutes. Thing is, only did it twice in the WHOLE month. There were 4 walks but only 2 of which I pushed myself. I need to work more on this.

Last year I finished the year a kilo lighter. It's the best I could manage. Ideally I'll at the least do the same thing this year. But then I'd be a 'normal' weight again.
Measurements:
I'm not sure on this one - I just want everything to be smaller LMAO, but stick with my waist-to-hip ratio (trying to keep my shape!) and smaller calves and a lower tummy would be extra nice!
Clothing Size:
A size 10/12 is actually my ultimate goal - I'm really not interested in single-digit sizes. I am in a size 20 now
Fitness:
I have a couple of fitness goals:
-Run a damn 5K! I have been starting and stopping this goal for YEARS, this time, I'm going to do it. Unfortunately, the reason I keep stopping is because I have to lost weight or else running is going to tear my knees up so this is a second half of the year goal
-Pole dancing class, I used to go, but I was so large I couldn't propel myself up that damn pole and I have ZERO upper-body strength
-Commit to the gym at least 3 times a week, no matter what.
None of what I've put up there is undoable - that's less than 2.5lbs a week and between a size 20 and a size 12 is just 4 sizes apart. I feel so good about this year and my attitude towards this year. Let's do it!!!
By the year's end I want to have made my first target of 100lbs lost, have maintained it for 3 months (always the killer for me), and have worked out a final goal and be working towards it.
This year I would like to lose at least 5 lbs/mo. until I hit 145, then I will reassess. Either I will try to maintain for a while or I might try to lose more.
Forgot to post March weigh-in so, here is March and April's:
