I am not a morning person and I surely am never awake enough in the morning to work out. But today I got up and went to the gym!
For many people this may be no big deal but in the past I have never been able to get up and workout. I think since I had to drive there it gave me some time to wake up. Normally if I try to do a morning workout at home I just lay down on the couch lol
I switched to morning workouts and I LOVE it, even when I'd rather stay in bed and sleep for another hour. 5:30am Monday-Friday, you'll find me in my living room, looking crazy and doing a workout DVD
I've started working out in the mornings and I've found that if I'm just on "autopilot" and don't fully wake up it makes it easier. When I'm not fully awake its much more difficult to make up excuses to stay in bed!
