**September Exercise Challenge Thread**

  • I did not meet my goal for September but I am going to go for 1400 minutes in September.

  • Me either Pearlrose, but we are still doing more to make ourselves healthier, more active and consistency pays off in the long run. We may not be perfect, but we are determined!!!!

  • Exercise Challenge...I'm in!!!
    Hello everyone
    I'm definitely up for this challenge. It will keep me accountable and exercise no matter how much I groan, always makes me feel happy and smaller. I'm going to aim high and workout 5x / week with at least 2 of those days doing double workouts. This is my time of year for EVERYTHING so I go big or go home. Cheers to y'all too!

  • Hello All
    Managed to do a 65 min power walk and a 45 min spin class for double workout today. I'm pretty beat but feel really good. I'm going to try my 2nd double workout day on Saturday so that will be 2 as I said I would...hopefully
    I hope y'all were able to get your workout in too!
