My brother bought a whole month of nutrisystem and never did it. I have the complete box, and everything is expired... it's a year old. They are all dried foods, do u think it's bad? can I still use it??? I am eating the cheese puffs now and they don't taste bad....

should I use it? I don't want to waste $300 but I don't want to get sick either of course.

Expiration dates refer to freshness, not the food being "bad", so there's no harm in trying it.

Does the packaging have a 1-800 number by any chance? If so, you could call customer service and check with them.
