  • I know I'm a day early, but I felt like reviving an old monthly thread that I always found helpful. Simple concept, check-in daily (or whenever you need it really) to post your reason why you will stay on plan for that day.


    I will stay on plan today because I miss the energy that comes with a healthier lifestyle.
  • Nice . And I really like your first reason.

    I will stay on plan today because I've been stuck for about 10 days, and I know how huge a psychological boost losing even a little would be.
  • And today....because I made a gym challenge with myself and I need to eat right to support that.
  • Today I will stay on plan because I'm 5 pounds down for the first time in a long time.
  • This is so superficial but...I am staying on plan because I really want to shop the Victoria's Secret semi-annual sale after Christmas! lol I've been a fan of the store since I was a teenager, and was never really in a position to fit their clothes, but I believe by the end of this year I'll be in Onederland and will be able to fit into them. @goals <3 lol
  • I want to get in shape to impress/surprise someone 😉 show them I have what it takes to do it!
  • I will stay on plan today because this isn't so much fun I want to do it twice.
  • I want to stay on plan because I want to have freedom from pain in my knees due to my weight. I want to enjoy life with my husband and kids more.
  • I will stay on plan today because I do not want to die prematurely from a weight related illness like Diabetes, Cirrhosis, Heart Disease or something terrible like that.
