Hi Amy AKA remedely here!
I am a new user on this forum. I am currently waist training and running to achieve my preliminary weight goal (200 lbs). I know that most of you probably have heard tons and tons of myths about how waist training is dangerous and changes your body unnaturally. The funny thing is that it doesn't as long as you don't over-do it.
Cutting down on calories isn't dangerous if you don't over-do it. So why is it that waist training is dangerous?
Sorry for my little introduction rant. I promise I won't bite you.
Best,
remedely
