Hi everyone! I'm new here. I'm a 20-something who has been overweight for most of my life, so I'm not new to dieting, but I was just recently diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes due to eating poorly and my occasional binging.
I'm over 100 lbs overweight now. So I'm on a Dr. supervised low carb program to see if I can get off insulin and finally get this weight off. I have a good feeling about 2015, so I'm hoping to get healthy this year once and for all.
