  • Hi everybody.

    I'm just another lady trying to keep her weight in check. I had done the yo-yo dieting for years but I think I have my mind properly wrapped around eating this time.

    I'm looking to get into more exercise, so I'm here for ideas and maybe a bit of moral support. Looking forward to learning what everyone is up to for workouts these days.
