This is a thread for a one week Tracking Challenge!
I dislike tracking everything I eat, but I cannot deny the wake up call that I always get when a taste of this, a portion of that, the weight of something all get marked down.
So for this week, I'm tracking.
Personally, I'm just going to commit to listing every food I eat - I might weigh and measure some of them, but I also might not...
I'm also going to try to post planned food vs actual food, as this is an area I've struggled a bit with recently (not planning well - I don't actually care if I follow the plan closely, it's the act of planning that helps me!)
