I saw the carb, fat and protein amounts posted somewhere on this site but I cannot find them back. Does anyone have them handy?

Yep! Lisa does a great job of making sure the "quick reference" stuff is right in the first post of the thread

The problem is I had exhausted looking for it because there are thousands of posts in the alternate products threads (more than one). Another post helped me find it as the 2nd post on page one. Then I saw it was in the form of a picture, which isn't searchable! So for a quick reference:

Alternate Products guide
1 At least 12 grams of protein
2 Calories between 70-160
3 Unrestricted is 8 or less net carbs
4 Restricted is 9+ net carbs
5 30% or less calories from fat
6 No aspartame

It's easier to find in a search if there is a title that corresponds: The list could be put under the title 'Alternative Equivalents for IP' or something similar, then a title search goes quicker than finding a specific word that may end up being used within a huge number of posts.
Just a suggestion.
