I lost significant weight with Weight Watchers in the late 1980s. I have gained every bit of it back plus 100 lbs. I want to go back to the program I knew so well. I have lots of cookbooks to use. I know it's a simple exchange diet (deal-a-meal was similar) but I am looking for support. I will need a LOT of that! Is anyone doing an exchange diet or can you point me in the direction I need?
