I'm debating which one of these plans would work best for me?
They seem kind of similar, with the WW Simply Filling plan being much more liberal with their foods (some starches, unlimited fruit, etc.), and South Beach less so, but more concerned with cutting cravings.

Just have a hard time deciding!
I want something I can stick with for life (healthy).
I've been on South Beach before (2005) and lost about 20 lbs. (can't remember why I stopped it, though).

I need to lose about 80 lbs. and want to know which one works better with cravings, and which one offers better weight loss. With having so much to lose, the rate of pounds lost is pretty important.
I know which way I'm leaning......but would like to get some feedback before I stick with one. I realize that I could probably combine them....but I'm kind of an all-or-nothing person, and would probably do better if I concentrated on one of the eating plans. Would naturally also help with figuring out which group I should visit on this website.
