Question Has anyone done Trim Healthy Mama?

Has anyone here done or heard of the Trim Healthy Mama plan? My husbands' parents bought it for me and I just finished the book. It seems to be a good plan overall though I am a bit concerned about the use of stevia.

What are your thoughts, concerns, experiences, pros, and cons of the plan? I would love to hear everyone's opinion!

Haven't heard of the plan but good luck to you! as far as the
stevia goes I tried the power and the gel and just can't like
it. Too bitter for me!

My only advice would be to personalize whatever you choose to do,
make it yours. Good health to you!

I know it's been a couple of months since you posted, but have you tried the plan out? I just finished reading through the book and am planning on diving in. A long-distance friend of mine recently posted photos of herself and her husband on FB, and the two of them have gone through an amazing transformation in just the last year. Someone commented on their weight loss, and it turns out they've been diligently following this plan. Seeing it work for someone I actually know IRL inspired me to check it out.

After just reading the book, it's the first "diet" plan I've ever seen that actually seems like something I can stick to. Almost all their recipes sound like foods I'll enjoy eating, I love that things are simple and quick to make. And there are so many options that even my picky eater kids will enjoy... I'm so tired of having to cook my diet meals separately from the rest of the family.

I am soooooo sorry that I missed your reply. Yes it is wonderful!! I love it!! The only thing I do not stick with by Trim Healthy Mama are the alternative sweeteners because all of them were causing me to have cluster migraines and intestinal issues. So I limit sweets but when I have them, I use honey and sugar in moderation. I have lost a good bit so far!

Have you started THM yet?

I started eating the THM way at the first of February and I really like it. I have prediabetes and my BS results are great with it. I ate low carb high fat last year and lost 35 lbs but gained half back when I got slack. I am working on losing what I regained right now.
