Where did you notice weightloss first?

  • I know a lot of people ask when did you notice you starting to lose weight, but I am wondering WHERE did you notice a difference first? slimmer waist? face?
  • My boobs sadly - darn things near deflated in the first couple of weeks!
  • This is a very individual response and depends on many factors - body style, age, diet plan, amount and type of exercise, etc.

    For me, personally, I noticed a change in stomach/hips/butt fairly quickly. I dropped pants sizes at a rather rapid pace. My face changed dramatically in the 10 pounds or so between 199 and 189. My bras are only now, after 50+ pounds lost, getting loose to the point where I know I need to resize.

    This is true, for sure. But... I usually see it first in my face, but this time it might have been my gut first.
  • On the scale. For quite some time. You just got to trust it. Until I hit 200 and below. Then everything wet nuts...
  • All over probably. Face, arms, bum, waist, everywhere.
  • I notice weight loss in my face first, then my knees and elbows (which is weird). Once that is gone, I start losing my love handles.

    The last place I lose will be my butt and thighs. Natural pear shape. Not much I can do about that.
  • My wrists, which seemed like a strange place!
  • My waist/gut was the first place I noticed it, and it's pretty much the only place I notice it still (except when I compare photos, then I see the difference in my face).
  • I always notice the difference in my stomach area. Always.
  • For me its always my face. I tend to lose in whooshes and I can always tell when I'm due for a whoosh bc my face starts looking different. Also my upper stomach/back/ribs area is probably the 2nd place. Thighs, arms, butt, hips, lower stomach, are always the most stubborn(especially arms and thighs!).

    I first noticed weight loss on my calves and forearm area.

    The last place I tend to lose is around my lower belly.
  • My weight loss has been evenly all over, however, looking back at old photos it is easiest to see it in my face.
  • My butt, but it was huge Jeans started getting really saggy in that area.
  • Bony areas. My collarbones were more visible, thinner around my ribs, my bracelets started fitting looser. And then my butt, all my pants started sagging back there.
