I just jogged in place for 3 minutes, getting all sweaty in the process to get my step count up for the day. I was so close to my goal!
These gizmos do work if you care about what they will say. I was 300 steps short. Now I'm 225 steps over... Didn't event give myself slack since I didn't put the gizmo on until after 1 pm.
And since I plan to start daily posting my gizmo progress, I'm even more motivated to make it look good!
