We've got cooler, less humid weather (I think I heard it was a Canadian front, Ruthie) and I'm much happier with the lower humidity. I kept to my plan of just having the wholegrain bread in the morning yesterday and also had FF yogurt and blueberries (separately. I havenn't added any alcohol since Monday when I had it for 'medicinal' purposes
We're leaving for the Cape a week from Saturday - going to the land of blueberries and lobsters!How are you ding? My scle hasn't made a hiccup but then I DID have those vodka gimlets on Monday and I'm sure they slowed my wl down.

We had a different instructor at the Pilates class yesterday and I could tell that my body is definetely changing for the beter - between the Pilates,, Yogqa and SBD - it's making a good change!
What doesn't kill you makes yoou stronger, eh?
