Let's Do this!

  • Hi! I'm Becky and have been dieting for, humm...I'll say 9 years, now. It all started when I was pregnant with my first child. When my doc told me, " eat whatever you want! Your pregnant..." I took that literally. I gained 60 lbs, when having my 1st. Got lazy. Then, went back to teaching riding lessons. Lost maybe 50 lbs. But in all, I started at 145, now I am up to 215. My doctor says I am obese/ overweight,blah,blah.
    I have done fad diets, such as South Beach and refuse to do those anymore! I am just eating healthy and watching my portions. My main problem is getting up, to get moving, again. I need motivation. I have been sick, for months. I had a breast lumpecomy, and just not feeling right.
    But, time to get off the couch or bed and get moving!
  • Hi Becky. Im new to this site too. Ive been following WW Flex at home for 3 months. Its coming off slow but at least its coming off! Good luck with your journey.
