Default New and need help

I'm new to this points plus program but not to WW in general. I did WW years ago and lost about 70 lbs. But I am having real issues with this new program. Or maybe it's just me.

I am allowed 26 points a day and I work very hard to stay within those points. I do water aerobics at the Y 3 times a week. I am hungry all the time and still I am not losing. I'm not gaining but I'm not losing. Why am I denying myself so many of the things I love and still not losing.

Any and all suggestions appreciated.

You are also allowed your weekly points....are you eating those? You also get activity points to eat...are you eating those? Different foods control hunger better than others....are you conscious of simply filling foods?

No one wants to hear eat more but sometimes that is what you have to do. If you post a little more about your daily 26, maybe more people will chime in.

I hate to bring this up, are you also tracking your points correctly? I learned that my healthy smoothie (fruits, veggies and milk) is a whooping 17 points, more than half my daily allowance. The WW smart points are definitely driving people to eat more fruits and vegetables because they are free (not smoothies though). Not sure if this is helpful.
