Hi there!
My name is Chelaina and this is my first time using a forum or online community to get support on a weight loss/health journey, so bear with me.
I'm 22, and I am a senior in a university in Washington. I have two jobs in addition to my classes and a thesis project, so I'm super busy and my unhealthy lifestyle tends to reflect that.
When I graduated high school 4 years ago, I was about 175, and I hated myself. Looking back on it, I realize now that I was actually really fit, being a three sport athlete, it was mostly muscle and boobs. Now, at around 260, I really miss that point in my life, and I want to get back to that health level.
I struggle with certain unhealthy foods, depression, PCOS, and getting the energy and confidence to work out anywhere other than my room.
I'm looking to really change how I treat my body, and I really hope that translates into improved health and lost weight. (Plus I graduate in four months and I really wanna look good for my cap and gown photos).
Thanks for listening
