Well, for the past week I keep eating way over my daily points in the WW program and I think that I'm starting to think that calorie counting in conjunction to the points will make more sense.
What do you guys think about that? What I'm thinking of doing is something like 1,800 calories a day and as I eat I will count calories, then input the given points. I've lost maybe 1 or 2 lbs and I am just not sure that's enough in over two weeks, doing WW alone….MEH
