Intro: New & Ready to Lose 30! 33 years old

  • After much consideration and years of previous out-of-hand eating, I've decided to get my body in shape.

    My husband and I have been trying for almost 3 years to get pregnant and after not being able to conceive, I started to look at my diet and activity levels and see if there was a way to get healthier.... which led me to take a very good look in the mirror one day.

    I still see "me" in the person in the mirror, just surrounded by alot of extra weight lol. So, yesterday I started a healthy eating plan and am tracking all activities and food I consume with a app I found for my phone.

    This photo is of me about a month ago. I am about 192 right now; 5'7", 38C, size 14 in jeans and an XL in tops. Hoping to hit goal of 165 by late December this year.

    I have an image of myself I'd like to add but I can't get it to upload because it says I must have a post count of at least 25. Can anyone help and post it for me?

  • Congrats on getting on the right track! You can do this! We have a fall challenge going on that last til end of October so check it out. Love to have you on board. It will keep you accountable and we have a nice supportive group.
