Hi all, just found this forum so joined as I think it may help me on my journey to healthiness and happiness. I have lost 6.1 kg since the start of the year and 3.1 of those kilos I've lost lately.
So even though it may of been a slow start I'm proud that I've been sticking to it. Because really, I don't part with my late night snacks and wine so easily. So here I am! Thanks for reading and thank you for posting threads! Because I read them and it pushes that motivation
