***Moving Into Fall - SBD September Exercise Challenge***


  • Autumn arrives in September in the Western Hemisphere.
    It's time for cooler days and nights, long walks in the woods, and fall bike rides.
    It's also getting close to the winter eating season, the perfect time to get those fitness habits really established.
    Whether your goal is exercising for 5 minutes a day a few days a week or completing a triathlon,
    if you are a Beacher join us for some accountability, challenge, and cheering.
  • I met my time goal for August but not my frequency. This month I'm aiming for another 1200 minutes with 5/7 days week.
