Default who has done the 30 day squat challenge??

I've been doing the 30 day squat challenge for about 7 days now and my thighs are virtually unrecognisable. Has anyone else done it, what results did you get at the end of 30 days?

I've not heard of it, so googled it. Wow! It looks tough on the knees but if it gets results.....

its amazing and only takes about 10 minutes or so. You just have to make sure you do the squat properly. I was told that you have to make sure you can still see your toes when you do them and its not so hard on your knee's.

I did it as well as the 30 day ab challenge. I liked them both a lot! At the end, I adapted the final day of both by switching in some other strength workouts and that has become my go to strength time routine

I made it through day 20 at the end of last semester, then finals hit and it all fell apart, I keep saying I am going to restart it but I remember how sore my legs always were so I keep putting it off.

I personally didn't notice much difference visually (I have alot of fluff still covering my thighs and bum lol) but I did start feeling stronger in the legs

I haven't ever done the 30 Day Squat challenge, but I love doing squats. They are a part of my every-day work out and it will be interesting for me to see what I look like after doing my work out for 30 days. I have never done a full week of it before, but tomorrow is the seventh day for me, and I am very excited!
