calorie counting is something you could look into. if you need any help or advice please dont hesitate to ask.
This is my 2nd time around with my weight loss journey as before i lost weight and did the stupid mistake of thinking i could eat anything ( i mean fatty horrible foods) and keep it off.. but this time i have the knowledge that its a life style change and not a "diet" good luck with your changes. get out there and kick butt!
