Heartbreak Diet
Hey, I've not really posted too much around here before, I was always more of a lurker,
I've just split up with my boyfriend and I feel dreadful. I feel awful, he feels awful, it's just a whole mess of bad feelings and sadness haha.
It's made me feel so sick that I cant eat, I can't even think about food. I tried to eat and it just comes back up.
Any advice on things to try to eat, I'd hate to be doing my body any more damage than i'm already putting it though. God I just want to feel better
