So, I first started with I believe, I don't believe attitude, but morning of day 3 and I am down 2.5lbs!!! I'm sure some is water, and it won't always be that easy, but it's great to see that. It's 1/6 of the weight I want to loose!!!
I also wasn't as hungry this morning or even yesterday afternoon. So, so far so good
In case you are new to MRC or wondering if you should do it, I would say give it a try
