I am New here and i started IP Diet. today is My 1 st day. i am from chicago 34 yrs old. looking forward to loose 47 lb. right now i m at 222 lb .

Welcome, I'm from chicago too. Been doing alternate products for 3 weeks and down 12 lbs so far. Finally felt like I'm in a good groove by beginning of week 3. Good Luck!!!

I too am from the Chicago area originally (Northbrook) before I moved here to Florida in 1987. I miss it alot... just not in Jan & Feb tho.

Well i am not big fan of Baseball but yes for Bears and Bulls. i live in Northwest Suburb.

Just chiming in to say "hello" and "good luck." I lived in the northwest suburbs many, many years ago. Now I live three hours south of Chicago in the cornfields of central Illinois. I'm seeing lots of folks mention the IP diet. I'll have to read a little more about that. . .
