Hi all! This looks like a great forum and I look forward to getting to know many of you!
I'm a 40-something mom of two who has struggled with my weight since I was a teenager.

I've gone up and down many times but unfortunately I am now at the highest weight that I've ever been. About 3 weeks ago I started my "lifestyle change" and am determined to stick with it this time. I have been eating super healthy and have added exercise this time, something I've never done. At 44 years old I am going to the gym finally....something I should have done for myself years ago. My motivation is my children--to teach them healthy habits so that they never have to struggle like I have and so that I can be here to snuggle my grandkids and great grandkids one day!
