My Simple Goals!

  • I've never made any goals for myself before. Like I've mentioned before, all of this is new to me. Today I sat down and thought about what I wanted. I want to lose weight!! Healthily...if that's a word lol. So these are my five simple goals to start off with. They are what I want to accomplish by the end of this month!

    By the end of December I will be:

    -Taking a walk everyday NO EXCUSES!
    -Drinking no more than one can of soda a day.
    -Tracking everything I eat everyday.
    -Following an exercise routine at least 3x a week. (I'll eventually be doing it everyday, but like I said, starting simple.)
    -Incorporating fresh fruits and veggies into at least 2 dinners a week.


    I know they sound easy for probably most of you, but this is a big deal to me.

  • I did pretty good today! I took my walk, wrote down everything I ate today, had half a glass of soda (less than a can!) and did a simple workout routine! Didn't get in the fruits or veggies though. Still, making a step in the right direction!
