GOAL: 10 to 20 lbs.

  • Hello Everyone!

    My name is Alix (online) and I'm 18 years old. I do TaeKwonDo and I am a blackbelt, but TaeKwonDo isn't helping with my weight loss since I've been doing it for such a long time. There's a competition coming up and I've gained 15 lbs. since my last competition, because of stress eating. I have so much work that I just eat and eat. I want to have a better life style and I want to lose weight and get back to my weight category for competitions. (:

    I am here to get support from others, because there's really nobody around me who understand what I feel and when I try nobody listens. I hope that you take care of me and I am also here to support others. Fighting!

    Well, I just found out I can't post pictures yet. Uhm. I really don't know how I can show you the pictures, but we can use my weight as improvement and a before and after. Possibly.
