New to L.A., CA and new to this group!
Hi ya'll,
I'm joining this group because a friend of mine lost a lot of weight recently and was giving me some dieting advise, one of which is to get some support. So, here I am, excited to meet everyone. I have been overweight most of my life but have been able to control it more or less at different times. I was doing really well in college, I ate healthy and exercised every day! and after graduating I slipped a little. Now I am back in graduate school and am, unfortunately, slipping a lot. I have an amazing bf who loves me exactly as I am, he used to be very overweight and now looks amazing! and I am starting to worry that I look like a cow next to him...
I restarted my diet last week but had an attack of the Halloween candy episode last night and decided to get more support.
Anyway, I'd like to be more successful at fitting exercise and a healthy diet into my busy schedule. I would love love to meet someone local to work out with!
