New SouthBeacher from the Caribbean!

  • Hi everyone! This is my first day on 3FC and I'm into my second week on the South Beach diet. I'm very excited to join and I hope to be consistent with it. My major problem is lack of motivation and exercise and I really need to start setting realistic goals without becoming discouraged and wanting to give up when I don't meet a target I set for myself. It's gonna be great fun sharing my journey with you all!!!!
