[QUOTE=carter;4487943]What do you do on the first plan when you reach your goal weight?
QUOTE]
Congratulations on your weightloss!
On the first plan when I reach goal, to transition they begin adding back protein, then carbs, fats and evrything else aout once a week. Then to maintain they give you a plan similar to what I'd be eating the last week on the plan. If I mess up and gain more than 2 pounds, I do a mini fast for one or 2 days consuming just milk.

The plan is to lose 40 pounds to get within a normal BMI then see if I like where I am.

I have to say this, but as you know, fast weight loss is not necessarily good. You have to be doing a plan that allows you to come to terms with how you will need to eat forever (well, at least until you die) to maintain what you lost. Whichever one you choose, I wish you the best. Do this for your health, and do it for life. Not just for a "diet." because if you go back to eating how you were before, you will be back to the drawing board.

I agree with these comments. It depresses me to think of it but I'll probably need to eat plan 2 forever to maintain. This would be good practice I suppose
