    Dinner: shredded pork with wf sesame ginger sauce and hot sauce salad on the side, 1 c. of cucumber..1 slice of tomato...

  • Breakfast: ProtiDiet blueberry pancake, coffee w/2oz Pure Protein vanilla creme RTD

    Lunch: ProtiDiet Crunchy Cereal caramel bar, 2 cups veggies with EVOO & salt

    Dinner: Roast turkey, 2 cups veggies

    Snack: Balanced Protein Cocomint Creme shake as hot chocolate!
  • Breakfast: 1/2 cup rhubarb with WF strawberry syrup over Healthwise pancake

    Lunch: Culvers grilled chicken breast, no bun with lettuce pickles and tomato. Caramel nut bar

    Dinner: Cauliflower pizza with WF bbq sauce, chicken sausage and red and yellow peppers.

    Snack: Healthwise berry smoothie rhubarb cookies, Rainbow inspired.

  • B - Cappaccino
    L - Pizza Ranch disaster - I ate lettuce and chicken w/o the skin. Good company though! Came home and cooked some asparigus which I didn't really like either.
    D - Stir fry cauliflower rice, mini-peppers, bok choy, a tiny bit of onion. Crepe - I know I should like them but haven't really gotten them to cook through so they are always slimy in the middle!
    S - IP choc shake warmed for hot chocolate! Best food of the day!
