Not sure how I'm going to do it this time...I don't have my trainer...he moved!
Guess I will be relying on you all to help keep me accountable. I will probably do what I did last time...work on my eating first, then begin the exercise. I'm breastfeeding my twin girls, so that limits how often I can really work out...plus my chest feels so darn heavy all the time, not sure how I will get on the elliptical. What are your plans this time around???
