Hello, Today is my first day in this diet. (well I actually started yesterday, but i gave in quickly) so, today is my full day on it. I feel much better today. About the food, I completely understand. I have been doing some research, about the different kinds of meals that you can do with each packet. For example, you can make cake, and muffins with the oatmeal or pancake mix. What I have planned to do is make meals out of the vegetables for lunch. I cant see myself eating 2 cups of vegetables with salad. So, my plan is to make a vegetable soup and a salad. That way i dont get tired easily. The secret would be doing research on doing different meals, thats my guess.
