I was so proud of myself for not straying yesterday. I thought I was going to want to eat with wild abandon, but I just couldn't see going that route.
It certainly helped that my family went to a seafood place. I got a nice, large serving of grilled salmon with some crab legs.

Very tasty and nutritious! There was so much fried stuff on the menu, but I was glad they had grilled options and jumped at the chance to get salmon!
I actually wound up under calories yesterday because I had budgeted for a bigger meal at the seafood place. But seriously, how can I pass up grilled salmon?
