  • After a brief hiatus I am back!!!


    This challenge started as a whim back in May 2011 and has grown considerably.
    After 3 full 12 week challenges and a 6 week holiday challenge, I’m ready to start
    12 Weeks IV. The purpose is to offer each other support and accountability. Think
    of posting your weight each week as a log for yourself, instead of an "official"
    competition. Everyone is welcome!!! This challenge will follow the same format as
    previous challenges so check out the thread link (posted below) if you want more
    details. I’m really looking forward to catching up with former challenge members and
    to meeting the new ones. I can't wait to get started!!

    I just wanted to let you know that I changed it to your username on the spreadsheet. I just used random names for the sample chart to give you an idea what they would look like. I use everyone username (not their actual) for the chart.

    Jenicra – That’s absolutely fine, just go “on leave” for the weeks you’ll be gone. Btw I’m totally jealous



    My weight is up 10-15 pounds from my lowest point of 174. After these crazy past 6 months, I feel thankful that the scale is still under 200. For most of the year I maintained around 175. I then took a 6 week summer course and indulged in a 2-3 week takeout bender. It will feel good to face the scale and get back on track. I hoped to be further along in my weight loss by summer but I feel grateful for good things in other areas. I now have 2 months of just working (school is over) and plan to shape up before the Fall Semester. Lets Go!!!
