I'm new here. As my nails says I'm a new mom again. My 2 oldest are 12 and 16, my newest 6 months old. We tried for another for years and we were told because of my PCOS it wouldn't happen. As soon as we gave up along came Baby Ali!

A few years ago i lost 30lbs on ideal protein. Since it's the only thing that server worked for me I went back on ip this week. I'm excited to see the pounds come off!

Is IP very expensive? How can I find out about it?

its a bit expensive. a box is about $27 dollars and has 7 products in it, it lasts a week. you need to have 3 products a day, so thats 3 boxes a week (27 x 3 = $81 per week). plus where i go coaching is $10 a week. then when u start the program u have to buy the vitamins calcium and magnesium. i offset the cost by buying the vitamins etc at walmart and i buy the protein shakes from costco because they r comparable to the IP shakes but much cheaper. so I'm only buying 2 boxes of IP products. even though its expensive for me its worth it cuz i KNOW it works

i did a search on the IP website or google to find the places in my city that does IP.
