Well I introduced myself the other day and was saying that I felt that I had too many points. Well I bumped up to my total and since Monday when I started I have lost 9 pounds. Amazing and 41 points is not terribly difficult to hit when eating healthy.
I haven't done WW since 2007 and have struggled through getting back in. On Monday I finally said enough is enough and I am trying so hard to eat right.
I hope like being on WW for 3 straight years in the past, that I am able to stay on plan and make this a full lifestyle change instead of treating it like a diet.
