So as some of you may know, I've been stuck at a weight of 146lbs for FOREVER! Then, to make matters worse, around 2 weeks ago my scale said I was 148lbs! And ontop of it all, This past week I did no exercise (Cramming for exams) and ate pretty badly, and went to the gym yesterday and today for the first time in 7 days and it marked 145lbs!!! It's not even a spring scale, it's those doctor-type ones!
I'm soooooooo happppppy that not only did I break through the plateau, but I lost 3lbs??! Maybe the 148 was a fluke? Kind of a big one though.
Either way, yippeeeee!!!

While this is definitely good news I can understand how this inconsistency can get frustrating. Still, breaking a plateau is a great accomplishment.
