Default Little appetite?

Hi all,

Long story short: I lost 30 pounds and I'm looking to lose 30 more. I stopped losing weight when I moved to California and didn't exercise or diet for a few months. Miraculously, I lost ten additional pounds but have been stagnating at this weight. Last month, I started going to the gym again and watching what I eat.

This may sound weird, but ever since I moved and stopped exercising, my appetite has dwindled to almost nothing. I only get hungry if I go 6+ hours after breakfast (which is never above 500 calories) without eating, and even then it's more of a tired feeling than pure hunger. If I eat a medium-sized salad in the middle of the afternoon, I feel incredibly full and I won't be hungry again until the next day.

You'd think this would be a godsend for losing weight but it really hasn't. I think my metabolism has slowed down thanks to losing all of the initial weight and then not exercising for a few months. As a result, I have not been losing any weight, and it's frustrating.

What do you guys think? Will it get better after a month or two of steady exercise and a balanced diet?
