
I'm very excited about this. My face is changing a lot and I'm starting to see a bit of difference in my stomach too. This is the first time in my life that i've seen a marked difference in my weight and the way I look. I finally feel like I'm doing this right.
I've also noticed that the more fiber in my diet the better the weight comes off. I've always read that its good for the diet but I had no idea what a big help it would be losing weight.
I can't wait to be in a smaller size in clothes!
