    Lunch:
    IP Strawberry Pudding
    2 Tbsp WF Marshmallow

    Dinner:
    5 oz cooked Wild Salmon
    Romaine Lettuce/ 2 c Raw Red Onion/ Gr Pepper/ Celery
    2 Tbsp WF Thousand Island Dressing
    1 tsp EVOO/ Sea Salt

    Snack:
    IP Carmel Nut Bar

    Exercise: Treadmill-Walk-30 Minutes

    Week 14, Day 7

    Breakfast @ 6am
    Yogurt with berries and muesli
    2 Boca Breakfast Sausage Links
    1 slice of high fiber toast with nonfat cream cheese

    Lunch @ 12pm
    2 Boca Burger patties
    2 cups Roasted broccoli

    Dinner @ 6pm
    2 cups Roasted Zucchini crisps
    2 Boca Burger patties or baked Tempeh Strips, not sure yet

    Snack @ 8ish
    PB and Smooth Caramel Crisp Bar

    Breakfast@8am:
    IP Chocolate RTD (smoothie)
    Spinach
    3 cups Half-Caf
    1 Splenda
    1 tbsp WF Caramel Dip

    Lunch@12pm:
    IP Chicken Soup
    Roasted Poblano, Red Bell Pepper, Jalapeno, Garlic Puree
    Salad w/EVOO + Apple Cider Vinegar

    *WI @ 1pm!

    Snack@4pm:
    IP Chocolate Pudding (trying out rice pudding recipe)
    Miracle Noodles Rice
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

    *Walk 2.7mi@6pm <--walks are getting later the hotter it gets

    Dinner@8pm:
    Chicken Breast
    Something with my big Eggplant

    Lunch- soup made with sodium free bullion, leeks,cilantro,asparagus, celery and cardamon and an IP orange drink

    Snack - chocolate shake

    Dinner - Chicken, spinach salad, peppers, mushrooms
